Let’s Hear it for Girl 6 and Her Hair and Outfit Bundle

Today’s bundle is a sweet one. The Girl 6 is getting some attention after having been left in the shade a while, and the Refreshing Girl 6 Bundle lives up to its name. It includes the all new The Girl 6 Hair bundled with a flirty dress and a cute casual outfit.

I was excited to see the name Charlie reappear after that lovely dress last month from this new vendor. He or she (with a name like Charlie, it’s anyone’s guess!) has partnered with Sarsa for both of these new outfits, complete with shoes. Jazzy Ruffles is a twenties-inspired dress that won’t look out of place on a modern woman with its eye-catching ruffles. Sparkling Spring Wear is a relaxed but pretty outfit that has a realistic look. Sarsa has dreamt up an additional 4 tempting textures for each.

The hair has a slightly stylized look, as befits the Girl character, but is glossy and full of movement. It has 5 different colour options.

Aside from these appealing new DAZ Originals, there are some vendor releases worth a look too. Friends for Life Poses by Mattymanx give you 15 pairs of poses for two G2F-based characters of your choice. It’s a cute set with two friends larking about and posing together for the camera. It would work equally well for sisters (provided they were of a similar age and build). It was the materials for the Diana Boots for G2F that caught my eye — some nice leather effects here from Slosh.

Jack’s back with something new at a great PC price. 3 Gate Pass is a set that includes the ground as well as the gates, grass and ivy. This detailed backdrop will inspire many new fantasy renders, I think.

All these new temptations can of course be viewed on the 2014 PC Anniversary Sale page in store.

  1. Chris Hunt says:

The sweetness of the Girl 6 bundle is rather soured by the fact that it costs more than it would to buy the three items it contains separately!

    Bundle price (full/intro/PC/PC+): $49.95/$34.97/$20.98/$16.78
Total of three included items’ individual prices: $37.85/$29.31/$18.08/$14.06

I wonder if they priced the bundle wrong, or meant to put more stuff into it? Fifty bucks is a lot to pay for one hair and two outfits.

    • Indigo says:

50 bucks is steep (does anyone ever pay full price with so many discounts and sales?) but maybe they were hoping the $16.78 would be irresistible? Then again, we’ve had a couple of misprices on other items too over the weekend when there’s noone around to fix them. I agree it’s likely they dropped an item from it at the last moment and didn’t adjust the price.
